Their linguistic skills and conversational confidence developing at a rapid rate, The B&G have become fascinating to listen to. That in mind, I've decided to hand over the blog to them for the remainder of this week.

THE G (watching me cook): "Is that worms, Daddy?"

ME: "It isn't worms, no."

THE G: "What is it, Daddy?"

ME: "It's pork mince."

Short pause.

THE G (looking sceptical): "It looks like worms."

ME: "It isn't worms."

THE B (disgusted face): "Yuck! I don't eat worms, Daddy. That's horrible."

ME (growing ever-more exasperated): "It isn't worms."

Short pause.

THE B (dubious): "What are you making?"

ME: "Meatballs."

Short pause.

THE G (sceptical expression back) : "It hasn't got peas in, has it?"
